Make-up: Smokey eye

I think you noticed that we love clothing and fashion, but we’re also crazy about make-up! Although this is a fashionblog, I think posts about make-up & beauty can also be interesting and inspiring to try out yourself!

In this post I’m showing you my eye-make-up of yesterday. I went partying with a friend and had a great time. When I go out, I think it’s the perfect occasion to do a smokey eye. On the picture above I still had to do my hair, so don’t pay too much attention too it.
I make this eye make-up by using a dark primer before I apply my eye-shadow. This makes sure your make-up stays great the whole evening and you don’t have to worry about it. I always use a primer under my eye-shadow, it’s just much better! Next I use my eyeshadows from light to darker to make this smokey-eye. I’ve added some glitters over it, because it gives a nice effect when the light is shining on your eyes. I also used a black pencil to darken my eyes on the inside and then added mascara. All the products that I use are from Mac Cosmetics. If you want I can always do a video-tutorial on how you need to do this make-up. If this seems interesting, let me know please!
I hope you like the result! I also want to tell you that you can now see some pictures HERE of the shoot I did for Village Verve.
Do you often make smokey eyes?
