Fashion weeks are over and I must say I’m missing it! I just love the atmosphere during fashion week, checking out new collections, putting more effort in your looks and meeting friends from all over the world is definitely something I’d love to do on the daily. I went to Milan for the first time as you could read in my previous post, but Paris is the city that stole my heart, whether it’s fashion week or not. That’s why I’m going back next month, but this time for a weekend away with my boo! But first let me take you with me on my last trip 😉
I lost count on how many times I’ve visited Paris, for Fashion Week I think it was already my fourth season! Time flies ;-). On one of my previous trips I’ve stayed at Hotel Paris Bastille Boutet, I liked it so much that I went back for another stay. I love the modern design of the hotel but yet it manages to have it’s charm and uniqueness. The service of the staff is impeccable and I’m really bumped I didn’t have the time to take a swim in the stunning pool… Don’t get me started on the Boutet hot chocolate, which is the best hot chocolate I’ve had in years. Especially because they add this freshly baked Madeleine, most of the times still warm from the oven.
During fashion week, my skin suffers. In Belgium I try to avoid make-up on days that I work at home so that my skin can have a day off. Not gonna happen during fashion week ;-). Most of the times my make-up is on my face from early in the morning till late in the evening and this really dries out my skin. Luckily I brought my Rodial products, they definitely made my skin look great every day :)!

One of the most fun experience this fashion week was having lunch at Mandarin Oriental. We had lunch at Sur Mesure by Thierry Marx, which is rewarded with two Michelin stars. I can definitely understand why, the flavours where coming together so well and there was a surprising combination in every dish. It was definitely a party for my tastebuds. I’ve enjoyed every bite and the service made me feel like a princess. Thanks for having me Mandarin Oriental!

I’ve visited the Vince showroom and I was the most amazed by this brand. I didn’t know it that well before but I like their minimal, sophisticated style! My biggest crush was this brown jacket.
My last look for now, wearing an Elisabetta Franchi dress for an afterparty. Be sure to check the video below for more of my days in Paris!
